Yes! If you want to play Merge Tactics and sync the saved data from multiple devices, you must have your account linked.
To link your account, please try the steps below.

1. Run the game, select the Settings menu from the menu bar
2. Click 'Link Account'
3. Select the account you want to link to the game
4. Completely close and then run the game
