To delete (reset) the linked account, please follow the instructions below.
■ Account Deletion (Reset) Procedure
1. Launch the game and select the menu bar in the top right corner (☰).
2. Select the gear-shaped settings menu.
3. Choose [Account].
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion details and, after 5 seconds, select the agree button to complete the deletion of linked account information.
※ Once an account is deleted, the previous data cannot be recovered.
※ If deletion does not occur in the game, please submit an inquiry through 1:1 support.
※ After deletion, the game will be played with a newly reset account.
■ How to Use 1:1 Support
1. Launch the game and select the menu bar in the top right corner (☰).
2. Select the gear-shaped settings menu.
3. Choose [Support] in the settings menu.
4. When entering the [Support] menu, select 1:1 Support at the bottom.
5. Enter detailed information for the inquiry and select Send.
※ When an inquiry is submitted, the response will be sent to the designated email.
■ If the game has been deleted, and access is not possible:
1. Go to 1:1 Support from the web.
2. Select "Delete Account" as the category when making the inquiry.
3. Enter detailed information for the inquiry and select Send.
