I bought the wrong product. How do I get a refund?

In order to process an item refund, it must be requested within 7 days from the time of purchase. If the refund is not due to an error, the refund policy below must be satisfied.


1. If the purchased goods or items are not used and are preserved

* Products that take effect immediately upon purchase are non-refundable.


2. When a refund request is made within 7 days from the time of purchase

* Refund procedures will be rejected for refund requests made after 7 days.
